The customer chose reclaimed Dorset quarry tiles. The customer is based near Milton Keynes in a small hamlet call Cross End also very near Wavendon. Local swimming pool company needed a tiler to tile a swimming pool inbetween Dunstable and Tring. The pool tiler had let them down and UK Tiler step in. Over a period of a week we tiled and grouted the whole pool. UK Tiler planned and documented the procedure to tile the pool. Thanks to Paul (Mr Grout), Dan (Mr Angle Grinder) Dave and Kim for the tea. Should you wish to have a swimming pool please contact us and we will pass the details of the Pool Company.
The customer already had a solid bamboo floor that we (UK Tiler) had fitted previously. When they decided to have a wood burning stove installed they asked us to create a tile design that the stove would sit on.
We created a design using multi colured slate and gold tiles from Fired Earth, the design used meant that most of the tiles had to be cut up to four times. The slate tiles were also sealed. The process took time but the end result was impressive. The customer decided to keep the radiator nearby, although we have recommended that they fit a smaller one. The customer sent us a picture of the stove working.. humm warm!

Their previous electrician had left a mess and live wires hidden behind some kitchen units. We made the area safe.
